At La Suite Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your skincare products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
